Mike Duncan is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader with expertise in banking and payments technology. He is the founder and CEO of Bankjoy, a digital banking platform backed by Y Combinator, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Curql. Prior to starting Bankjoy, Mike honed his expertise in banking and payments software, serving clients in the government, corporate, and non-profit sectors. He holds a degree in computer science from Kettering University. Mike is a Credit Union Times Trailblazer 40 and below, recognized for his impact and leadership in the credit union industry.

Mark Weber is a national thought leader and trusted advisor to the credit union, bank and fintech industries.

For over 30 years Mark has advised leadership teams and Boards on data-driven growth strategies, competitive brand repositioning and strategic marketing to accelerate organizational performance and growth.

His marketing agency, Strum has led transformational branding and targeted marketing programs for some of the largest CU’s in the US and Canada, including Mountain America, Redwood, Logix, Vancity, OnPoint, Ent, BlueShore Financial, Elevations, Dupaco and Catalyst Corporate.

Mark launched Strum Platform™ in 2021, bringing cloud-based financial analytics and marketing technology to help credit unions deepen member engagement, and boost personalization, performance and profitability.

Mark helped startup and lead two niche-focused business banks and is a Board member of Agros International, an NGO building sustainable agri-business villages across Central America.

Weiwei Duncan’s journey to Chief Operating Officer of fintech company Bankjoy has been unconventional. With a Master’s degree in chemistry from Wayne State University and experience as an organic chemist in the medical field. In her current role, Weiwei has played a key role in scaling up the organization while focusing on product innovation and strategy.

As a leader in the product and engineering department, Weiwei has fostered a collaborative approach to product design and development with clients. She keeps a keen eye on new trends and cutting-edge technology, enabling Bankjoy to respond to market needs quickly and efficiently.

Shaw is Bankjoy’s Senior Vice President of Marketing and Partnerships. He has over 20 years of experience marketing B2B products with established and upstart high-growth brands. Prior to Bankjoy, Shaw was the VP of Sales, Marketing and Support at real estate SaaS provider, iHomefinder. While tasked to both acquire new customers and build a base of successful clients, Shaw grew the business until it was acquired by private equity firm FRONTSTEPS.

Shaw also led marketing for B2B2C ticketing infrastructure provider, Paciolan. The company provides professional sports teams, performing arts venues, museums and college athletics organizations with the infrastructure needed to sell tickets, launch and run development campaigns, and drive merchandise sales. Shaw helped grow brand value through a series of tactics including a successful annual conference which increased the company’s stature in the industry. During his tenure, the company was acquired by Ticketmaster.

Shaw earned an Sc.B in Materials Science engineering from Brown and an MBA from UC Berkeley. He lives in Oakland, California with his wife Angela, where he’s an avid sailor, and an aspirational oenophile.

Brent serves as Bankjoy's Director of Platform Engineering. Leveraging his extensive 25+ years in tech, including 10+ years in fintech, Brent spearheads platform-wide innovations, technologies, and hosting operations. These include Fraud Prevention, AI Strategies, Data Analytics, and Open API initiatives.

Previously, as Enterprise Architect at HealthEquity, Inc. (HQY), Brent led the technical design of numerous product and technological innovations. This was pivotal in HQY's hyper-growth success story, propelling from $500 million AUM to a staggering $15 billion AUM during his tenure. Major initiatives included their strategic transformation to the cloud, sizable merger and integration of WageWorks and their product portfolio, AUM growth based product innovations, and meeting scalability, security, and privacy regulatory demands along the way.

Casey currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Statewide Federal Credit Union. He has over 30 years of experience in the credit union industry. Before his current role, he served as the Chief Information Officer of GEFCU, where he showcased his expertise in leveraging technology to enhance member services and operational efficiency. Statewide FCU thrives, demonstrating a commitment to innovation, member satisfaction, and community engagement. A proud graduate of Austin College and a member of the Bankjoy, Corelation, and Strum Advisory Boards.

Travis Bow leads the University of Hawaii Federal Credit Union as its President and CEO, a position he has held for 7 years, contributing to his overall 23 years of experience in the credit union industry. His leadership is informed by an extensive 27-year background in technology, enhancing the credit union's digital and operational capabilities. Travis is also recognized for his commitment to data security, holding a Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC), which highlights his expertise in information assurance and cybersecurity within the financial sector.

Graduate of the University of Maryland, Bryan has 20 years of experience in financial operations with management experience in front and back-office operations. He has been successful in achieving strategic growth in product and portfolio management for a multibillion-dollar financial organization. His proven track record of collaborating with all layers of management and delivering ideas persuasively and confidently has allowed him to be successful in making operational improvements to drive productivity, improve efficiencies, and reduce costs.

Traoney Harris, serves as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Michigan based Live Life Federal Credit Union. In this role, Traoney oversees all operations of the credit union. He has an extensive background in all aspects of consumer and business banking, risk management, compliance, and regulatory affairs. He has committed his career over the last 16 years to serving in financial leadership roles associated with promoting the financial well-being of consumers, businesses, and communities while providing cutting edge technology. In addition, he is a Certified Financial Counselor, Certified Compliance Expert, and a Certified Financial Crimes Investigator. Traoney received his education from Wayne State University with a bachelor’s in business administration and Western Michigan Cooley Law School. Harris currently resides in the metro Detroit area.

Vikki Sifuentes is an accomplished credit union executive with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. As the current Executive Vice President at Coca-Cola Credit Union, she is instrumental in the development of the Credit Union’s long-term financial planning, programs, and strategies to drive growth and overall success. Vikki focuses on developing strong interpersonal relationships to achieve common goals and has dedicated her career to leading teams to provide exceptional member service and innovative financial solutions.

Ned is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Panacea Financial, and a practicing physician in Boston. Prior to co-founding Panacea, his medical training took him from Dominica to Cincinnati to Boston, where he now works as a hospitalist at Boston Children’s Hospital, and is on faculty at Harvard Medical School. As COO of Panacea, his role is ensuring an excellent experience everyday for customers and employees alike. As such he and his team are constantly exploring new opportunities, systems, and technologies to enhance their service delivery.

Ryan Hildebrand is the EVP and Chief Innovation Officer at Bankwell Financial Group. He previously held leadership positions at Lincoln Savings Bank, Cross River Bank, and Simple. He co-founded Seed, the pioneering business neobank, which he sold to Cross River, and played a crucial role in the sale of Simple to BBVA.

André is Bankjoy’s Senior Vice President overseeing Growth and Client Success with over 20 years of management experience including strategic direction, and leading operations of large support and technical teams. Prior to that, André was the Chief Operating Officer for Synthesio (a social media tech company), where he strategically led the global operation teams responsible for client implementation, service delivery, client retention, upsell, and technical support. During his tenure Synthesio was acquired by IPSOS, a $2bn+ global leader in market research, where André was responsible for executing on the operational merger between the organizations without impacting 200+clients. Recently, André's responsibilities at Bankjoy grew to include managing the sales organization, leveraging his communications, technical and relationship building skills to further drive growth at Bankjoy. André earned his M.Sc in IT from Southern New Hampshire University. He is a native New Yorker currently living in Pennsylvania and keeps very busy with his wife, Nicole, five children and their new dog Jasper.

Ben is the Founder and CEO of Unifimoney a digital wealth management platform for Community FI’s enabling FI’s to launch a Robinhood/Wealthfront style digital investment solution in their existing online banking so account holders have the convenience of managing their banking and investing in one place. Unifimoney was acquired at the end of 2023 by Palm Ventures

Since 2011, JB and his team have built SavvyMoney into an industry-leading credit and lending tool that today integrates with 40+ digital banking platforms and supports over 1,280 banks, credit unions, and fintechs with their goal of providing financial education and personalized lending. JB has more than 35 years of experience in consumer finance, fintech and interactive media.  He started his finance career in 1988 with 10 years in various senior roles at Household International in lending and marketing. In 1998, he saw an opportunity to make credit reports accessible over the internet and joined the original senior team at FreeCreditReport.com/Experian Consumer Direct. As EVP of Partnership Marketing, he led the team responsible for business development and online marketing of the direct-to-consumer credit report and score product for 10 years. To expand on his digital marketing experience post-Experian and pre-SavvyMoney, JB had the opportunity to be Vice President of Marketing for Disney Online, where he directed online marketing, CRM, research and analytics initiatives.

Craig McLaughlin is the CEO of Finalytics.ai, dedicated to improving digital interactions
within the financial sector. He founded Extractable, a digital agency in 1999, which
evolved into a digital strategy consultancy noted for its work with firms like Visa and
Wells Fargo, and specializing in services for community financial institutions. In 2021,
he launched Finalytics.ai, a platform that enhances customer engagement through big
data and machine learning, emphasizing tailored financial experiences. Craig earned a
BSBA from San Diego University and an MSIS from Hawaii Pacific University. He has a
background in coding and a passion for Design Thinking. Craig also enjoys driving
sports cars and running.
